Step 1.

Coaching can be an ideal way for you to ensure that you can start to work IN the business, and begin to systemise your systems and processes meaning that you have the time for the more important things such as driving the vision forward, recruiting staff, implementing marketing, or even just feeding the ducks on Monday afternoon should you decide to do so, knowing that the business is ticking over without you having to be there constantly.

Our Business Coaches run on a 1 to 1 level of service, and we generally meet once every two weeks. The cost is £450 per month, and we normally suggest a 3 month contract to begin with.

That way, you get a short sharp shock to your business, which is usually just enough to move on to the next level.

Many of our customers then keep on with our business coaches, as the increase in revenues and profits are more than enough to justify the cost each month.

You may spend £450 just implementing a one page advert (if you;re lucky!), and not get much response from this. With a business coach, you will get a much better return on that investment.
